Thanks to your guys' suggestions last month, I got two cool new watches for Christmas! The one on the left is a Seiko Chronograph, and the one on the right is an Orvis Autobahn Speed Trial watch. I also got this awesome case, and the one in the center is my Autodromo Veloce, which I got last Christmas. What did you guys get?

Coincidentally, I got a watch too. It's actually a 1960's model Omega Constellation that was my grandfather's (he passed away 23 years ago). My grandmother got it back into shape. It's nice!

Same here, I just started getting into watches last year. The ultimate goal is a Tag Heuer, but that's a ways off...

If you want to get a very nice Swiss made watch, with a similar design to a Tag, go with a Victorinox. I picked mine up last year for $240 on Amazon. I love it.

For the Orvis, is it your picture or are the markings less highlighter yellow than in Orvis' product image? This would be a good thing to me.

How do you like the Autodromo? I was tempted to splurge and get the Monoposto, and by the time I had myself convinced it was sold out. I like the Prototipo that they have out now...hmmm,

I know it's all subjective, but for the price, I believe they're the best looking watches out there. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but I haven't had any problems with it, and I haven't heard of anyone else having problems with theirs. I was actually going to get a Prototipo for Christmas, but it's a little out of my price range. Personally, I'd say go for it, but it really comes down to if you want to pay extra for good looks.
